A MOSFET Power Amplifier with Error Correction

Here is a PDF of the paper "A MOSFET Power Amplifier with Error Correction", published in the Journal of the Audio Engineering Society (JAES) in January, 1984. This paper described the application of the Hawksford error correction technique to an amplifier employing vertical MOSFETs (HEXFETs). The amplifier achieved a very low value of less than 0.001 percent Total Harmonic Distortion up to 20 kHz at all power levels up to full rated power.
